Avalon Bulldogs Case Study

Avalon Bulldogs is a Junior Rugby League Club in Sydney's Northern Beaches. We wanted to improve spectator attendance at our home matches which we called 'Super Saturday'.

All age groups typically played at home from under 7's to 'A' Grade. We decided that SMS was a good way to contact people because the message would be sent to peoples' phones and they could always check back to remind themselves of what was happening. We could send messages to our whole database to let them know of our special events. We also used SMS to tell parents when home games or training had to be cancelled due to bad weather.

Envelos was great as we could create individual broadcast groups for each team or for sponsors and personalise the message. We added the mobiles numbers of the players over 14 so we could communicate with those teams as well.

I would certainly recommend SMS and envelos to anyone trying to organise team games.

Multi-Store Case Study

Multi-Store is an international Self-Storage provider with premises in the UK and Spain. It serves customers ranging from individuals to large corporations that use self-storage on a short term of permanent basis. Multi-Store uses envelos in all 4 of its offices to assist with collections and also to notify existing and ex-customers about special offers in their area.

We find that by using a simple system to notify customers when invoices are payable we have improved our cash flow and decreased our debtors significantly.
