Q. How do I setup an envelos account?
A. Just register online, by clicking the “sign-up” button. Just follow the 3 simple steps to go live with an account within minutes.
Q. What if I have any questions during signup?
A. Just contact us via one of the means listed in the Need Assistance section of the signup pages and we’ll be happy to help.
Q. Can the SMS recipients reply to messages?
A. Replies to messages will go to the sender's mobile phone. However, you can also rent a virtual SMS long number from within your account to have replies appear in your envelos inbox
Q. How much will it cost me to send an SMS message?
A. Depending on what package you select will depend on the cost of your SMS, click here to view our pricing SMS bundles.
Q. Will it cost me to receive an SMS message from a recipient?
A. In nearly all cases you are not charged to receive SMS messages, but in the USA when you use a two-way SMS virtual mobile number you will be charged for the inbound as well as the outbound messages.
Q. Is the recipient charged at all to receive an SMS message?
A. In most cases the recipient is not charged, however in the USA recipients are typically charged a standard message rate to receive all SMS. Messages from envelos are charged exactly as if they were sent from another mobile.

Q. Are there any setup or monthly costs?
A. There are no setup costs or ongoing monthly costs to use the envelos application.
Q. Is there a minimum contract period?
A. There are no minimum contract periods
Q. Will I be charged to send SMS messages?
A. You will receive a few free SMS credits to get you started, but you will have to purchase more SMS credits to send messages to your mobile phone recipients.
Q. Do I have to buy a minimum SMS bundle?
A. The minimum you have to buy is 50 SMS credits

A. We accept credit/debit card payment only
